All Stats +2 is a Skill in Fire Emblem: Awakening that increases Strength, Magic, Skill, Speed, Luck, Defense and Resistance by 2. It is learned by using the All Stats +2 Manual, which is a DLC-exclusive item (Champions of Yore 3).

As with all skills obtained through downloadable content, this cannot be passed on to any children characters from the parents. However, the character can simply use the corresponding item to obtain the skill anyway.
