“A special staff for princesses that can revive a fallen ally.”
—In-game description, Shin Monshō

The Aum Staff (オームの杖 Ōmu no tsue, lit. Ohm Staff) is a powerful Staff from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light, Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem and their respective remakes. Possessing the peculiar ability to resurrect the fallen, this fragile staff must be handled with the utmost care, where the player has to exercise discretion in choosing units to revive. While this staff was exclusively wieldable by Elice, this is expanded to include Maria, Minerva, Yuliya, Nyna, Caeda, and Sheema in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and New Mystery of the Emblem, provided that they are in the right class.

The Aum Staff cannot be used to resurrect the character who is used as a decoy in the prologue chapter of Shadow Dragon, owing to the fact that Jiol does not kill him, as revealed in New Mystery of the Emblem.
