Black Magic is the term given to offensive magical spells in Fire Emblem Gaiden. It is essentially the same as the magic spells taught in Archanea, but the main difference is that Black Magic requires sacrificing a part of the user's life energy (in the form of HP) to cast. It is not to be confused with Dark Magic.
