Cecilia is the Mage General of Etruria, and Roy and Lilina's former teacher. Before she joins, she helps Roy by often leading the way. She is leading the loyalist forces against the Etrurian deserters when she is injured in a duel with Zephiel; losing consciousness and ending up captured by Nacien along with Sophia, who heals her injuries. According to her supports, shortly after she had finished tutoring Roy and Lilina, she was called back to Aquleia and was recommended for her position by the previous Mage General, but faced prejudice in her early days because she was a woman. She may either marry Roy or her fellow general Percival at the games end.
Cecilia also plays the role of instructor for the tutorial level in Fūin no Tsurugi, where she assists Roy in a training excercise against Bors and other members of the Ostian forces. The canonicity of this battle is ambiguous.
