Cigyun (シギュン Shigyun) is a character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. She is the mother of Arvis and Deirdre, and the wife of Duke Victor of Velthomer.
Owing to the fact that she was a descendant of Saint Maira, Cigyun thus possessed minor Loptyr Holy Blood. This led to her being originally kept under close watch in the Spirit Forest of Verdane and isolated from the rest of the world, as a precautionary measure to deter the occurrence of any unwarranted disasters. In spite of this, Cigyun eventually departed from the Spirit Forest due to having grown weary of the tranquil yet passionless forest life, thereafter marrying Duke Victor of Velthomer.
