Concoction

Concoction is an HP-restoring item in the Fire Emblem series.
The item is one of only three basic items that can be used by any character to restore Hit Points during any turn in a battle. The other being the very common Vulnerary and the Elixir.
The Concoction restores 40 Hit Points to the character that drinks it, this it considered an unnecessarily large amount by many since a great number of characters will never have 40 hit points in total, or will only have just over that.
The Concoction has a total of six uses/durability. This means after six total uses the item will permanently disappear from a characters inventory and it can not be used again. This is also considered to be a unnecesarrily high amount of uses for an item that heals so many hit Points in one use.
The concoction item is exclusive to Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. It is believed to have been introduced because Radiant Dawn is commonly accepted to have the highest difficulty of any Western released Fire Emblem game. It can be purchased at some stores and comes with a few characters.
