Danomill is the commander of a Daein prison that is attacked by Ike's group when Princess Elincia orders them to liberate the Crimean soldiers (Kieran, Brom, and Nephenee) inside. Volke also meets up with Ike here, claiming to have an intelligence report requested by Greil. Also a prisoner is Begnion prime minister Sephiran, who was arrested for assisting wounded Crimeans.
Danomill drops one of several Master Seals in Path of Radiance. He has incredibly sub-par stats for a General and is relatively easy to kill using Titania or Boyd.
He seems to be cruel, and delights in torture, as shown in conversations with Lethe, Mordecai, and Ike's company when you attack him.
