— Dart talking to Geitz in a support conversation
Dart is a playable character in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. He is foulmouthed, but kind and extremely loyal to those he puts his trust in.
History
Although never fully revealed to be true, Dart was most likely born as Rebecca's brother Dan. Years ago, he and Wil left the village on a journey. The two were separated in Badon and Wil never found him. Dan wound up washed up on the shore, but none of the villagers would go near him as it was a religious holiday in which it was taboo to touch blood.
Finally, Captain Fargus and his crew picked him up. He became an amnesiac, and was given the name Dart, and soon became Fargus's most trusted mate.

Overall
When compared to other axe users, Dart has the advantage of having much higher speed, which allows to double enemy units that other axe users have troubles with. However, Dart does suffer from his cripplingly low skill growth, which can give him accuracy issues. This makes him one of the few units who have issues hiting enemies in Blazing Blade. He has support options in Rebecca, Wil, and Karel that allow him to fix this issue. Until Dart promotes into a Berserker, his constitution will give him issues wielding most axes, causing him to lose attack speed from wielding anything that is not an Iron Axe or a Hand Axe. However, with a good growth rate in speed and a good speed base, Dart will still usually be able to double most opponents with all but the heaviest of axes. Dart also has low resistance, which can give him issues against magic users, but this is typical of most axe users, and this is not that difficult to compensate. Overall, Dart is great as a brute-force unit, but isn’t useful for much else. Unfortunately, he is unusable in ranked games because his promotional item costs 50,000 gold, meaning it will destroy the funds ranking to promote him.
His promotional item, the Ocean Seal, costs a staggering 50,000 gold if you don't take the one from Chapter 22E/23H - ten times more than any other such item apart from the Fell Contract.
