Discipline (手加減 Tekagen, going easy on someone, in the Japanese version of Path of Radiance / 練磨 Renma, Training, in the Japanese version of Radiant Dawn) is a skill from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, and Fire Emblem: Awakening.

In Path of Radiance, this skill significantly lowers its user's stats, and is solely used for training Ike in the Prologue chapters by Boyd and Greil. It is a blank skill, and does not appear when Boyd becomes playable later on.

In Radiant Dawn, Discipline doubles the rate at which Weapon experience is gained, and is akin to the double experience effect of Paragon. The scroll that bestows the skill is possessed by Burton, the boss of Part 1 Chapter 3, and can be stolen. It can also be found as a Hidden Treasure in Part 2, Chapter 2.

In Awakening, the Discipline skill also bestows an increased weapon experience boost upon its user, but can only be used by Cavaliers.
