“Hey! Enough from ya! We tried lettin' ya lead us, but ya too power hungry! I've got news for ya sis. Ya ain't t'late cap'n's real daughter anyhow. Ya's jus' this cryin' lit'le girl on a ship we attacked. So th' cap'n decided t'raise ya himself. Then ya grew up 'n started orderin' us around. Makes me head hurt jus' thinkin' 'bout it!”
—Dobarl talking to Brigid
Dobarl (ドバール Dobāru) is an enemy character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, and is one of the Orgahill pirates. In the events of the game, Pizarl reveals Brigid's origins to Dobarl, leading him to decide to take advantage of the war to raid the villages, despite Brigid's protests. He is quite prideful, and when confronted in battle accuses his men of cowardice, even though he himself didn't actually bother to take to the field. Both Dobarl and Pizarl will eventually be slain by Sigurd's troops.

*Dropped when defeated
Dobarl's Power Ring compensates for his Hand Axe's poor might, but does nothing to account for its abysmal accuracy. Assuming Sigurd and Lachesis are within three tiles of the unit attack Dobarl, he will have a meager 62 accuracy. Many sword units will have a high enough evasion stat to effectively render themselves immune to Dobarl's attacks. Needless to say, he is an extremely underwhelming boss, which shouldn't be surprising given the fact that he is a Dimaggio recolor.
Dobarl: Damn it! My men are all useless cowards!

Dobarl: Geh... You're still alive, you stubborn woman!?
Brigid: Dobarl! I'll never forgive you!!
