Everyone's Conditions is a function in Fire Emblem: Shin Monshō no Nazo ~Hikari to Kage no Eiyū~ that can be set through Battle Preparations. When set, it will keep track of the amount of time that passes through the DS's internal clock (and no, adjusting it will not cause more time to pass). After a period of time, a unit can receive a temporary stat boost (30% chance), 10-30 EXP (30% chance), a novelty item (30% chance), or 1 friendship point with the Avatar (10% chance).
