Fiery Resolve (灼熱の決断, Shakunetsu no Ketsudan lit. An Scorching Decison in the Japanese version) is the fourth chapter of Book II in Fire Emblem Heroes.
The five parts of this chapter are Protecting the People, Crimson Flash, Princesses in Shadow, The Young Dragon, and Fiery Resolve.
Part 1: Protecting the People

You will have 4 units on your team. You will also have 4 opponents: Eirika (Anamnesis Lady), an Emblian Lance Fighter, an Emblian Sword Cavalier, and an Emblian Axe Dragon.
Part 2: Crimson Flash
You will have 4 units on your team. You will also have 4 opponents: Marisa, an Emblian Axe Fighter, an Emblian Bow Fighter, and an Emblian Thief.
Part 3: Princesses in Shadow
You will have 4 units on your team. You will also have 4 opponents: L'Arachel, Eirika (Anamnesis Lady), an Emblian Lance Flier, and an Emblian Axe Knight.
Part 4: The Young Dragon
You will have 4 units on your team. You will also have 4 opponents: Myrrh, an Emblian Axe Fighter, an Emblian Sword Flier, and an Emblian Blue Manakete.
Part 5: Fiery Resolve
You will have 4 units on your team. You will also have 2 opponents and 3 bosses: Surtr, Laevatein, Loki, an Emblian Sword Dragon, and an Emblian Lance Cavalier.
In order to clear this stage, you will have to defend your units for 6 turns. You can clear this stage by defeating all the enemies in first 3 turns, but once the fourth turn begins, Surtr will appear and he will not be defeated due to his sacred seal "Múspellflame", because of which he will take no damage. For the first 4 turns, enemy reinforcements will appear.
