“We'll see who's delicate! I may not be able to attack like Chrom, but when you get injured? I'LL be the one stitching your bones back together, care of my trusty staff! You just tell me where to go, Robin.”
—Lissa when selected in the Prologue.

Lissa is a playable character from Fire Emblem Awakening. She is the younger sister of Chrom and Exalt Emmeryn and the princess of the Halidom of Ylisse.

Profile[]

Born to the Ylissean royal family, Lissa is the youngest of the three siblings, thus is the princess of Ylisse. Lissa's father, the previous Exalt, passed away when Lissa was about four years old and Emmeryn, her elder sister, succeeded him. Due to tensions left behind by her father's crusade against the neighboring country of Plegia, Lissa's older brother Chrom formed the Shepherds to defend Ylisse's boarders from Plegian bandits. Lissa joined as one of the vigilante group's healers.

During her youth, she met Maribelle, a Ylissean noble who was scorned by noble youths due to her haughty attitude. Seeing past her prickly exterior, the two quickly struck up a strong friendship and they consider each other their best friends, so much so that Maribelle would join the Shepherds herself to be with her friend.

In the future, should she be paired with a member of the Shepherds, she will be the mother of Owain. If she marries Robin, she can be the mother of Morgan.

Ylisse-Plegia War[]

Lissa is first introduced moments before the Prologue chapter, in which she and Chrom find an amnesiac Tactician unconscious in a field. Their intent to further question and determine the trustworthiness of Robin is cut short as a nearby town is set ablaze. After saving the town from bandits alongside Chrom, Frederick, and Robin, Lissa proceeds to return to Ylisstol. As the day ends, the group is forced to camp outside. As night falls, Lissa is awoken by Chrom when he senses something amiss. Suddenly, Lissa notices a huge magical gate opening up in the sky, sending in numerous Risen and several fireballs hurtling towards the woods. With their lives in danger, Lissa and Chrom quickly run for cover. However, soon after, a small pack of Risen flank the two. Though Chrom barely manages to subdue one of them, Lissa is cornered by another one. Just as the Risen is about to strike her, a masked warrior appears and rescues her. After dealing with the remaining Risen, the masked warrior introduces "himself" as Marth and warns the group of turbulent times to come. Upon arrival in Ylisstol, Lissa and Chrom reveal their royal status to Robin, much to their surprise. The siblings then introduce Robin to their sister Emmeryn, the current Exalt of Ylisse. After meeting with Emmeryn, Lissa decides to lead Robin to the Shepherd's Garrison and introduces them to the Shepherds present: Vaike, Sumia, and Maribelle.

Upon returning from Ferox later on, Lissa receives the shocking news that Maribelle has been kidnapped by Gangrel, on the pretext that her friend has supposedly trespassed Plegia's borders. Distressed over the safety of her friend, Lissa accompanies Chrom on his mission to rescue her.

After preventing the assassination of Emmeryn, Lissa heads out with Chrom and his army to relocate Emmeryn to a safer location. However, after barely leaving the capital, word arrives from Cordelia that Gangrel has laid siege upon Ylisstol. Concerned over the welfare of her people, Emmeryn insists on returning to attempt to parley with Gangrel. Lissa responds by offering to accompany her, but is urged to remain with Chrom's troops. While making plans with Ferox, Lissa learns of the grim news that Emmeryn has been captured by Gangrel and sentenced to death, Shocked, she faints in Robin's hands. She then hurries to Plegia Castle with her allies, only to watch helplessly as the attempt to rescue her sister fails. Stranded on the tip of a precipice, Emmeryn, desiring to prevent the Fire Emblem from falling into his hands, opts to sacrifice herself by falling to her death. As Emmeryn plummets to the ground, Lissa can do nothing but cover her eyes in horror. In spite of the anguish of her loss, Lissa, alongside Chrom, resolves to recover and continue fighting on in her memory. With the aid of the rest of the army, Lissa succeeds in defeating Gangrel.

Conquest of Valm and the Fate of the World[]

Two years after the war, Lissa aids Chrom across the Halidom. When news arrives from Ferox that the Valm empire seeks to conquer Ylisse, Lissa rejoins Chrom's army to assist in the prevention of the impending invasion. When Chrom later meets his future daughter Lucina, Lissa bears witness to the Lucina's dour account of a future in which Chrom's army is decimated, leaving behind their orphaned children. Resolving to prevent this future, Lissa aids Chrom through their war against Valm and the war against the Grimleal to stop Grima's resurrection.

After the war, should Lissa not be married, she will embark on a trip around the world and share what she has learned to Chrom. If Robin sacrificed themselves in order to kill Grima, Lissa will first accompany Chrom on his quest to relocate Robin. The pair eventually reunite with their companion in a field, much like when they first met.

Paralogues[]

Before the events of Paralogue 5, Lissa asks Lucina if she has borne any children of her own. Lucina reveals that in her future, she bore a son named Owain. Lissa begins to inquire about an important topic about her son, but quickly retracts it. Upon arrival at the Sage's Hamlet, Lissa and the rest of the army encounter a odd youth engaging in a valiant attempt to protect the resident sages from a bandit assault. During the skirmish, Lissa manages to speak to the boy, who proudly reveals his identity as her son from the future, Owain. The army are able to dispatch the bandits, allowing Lissa to converse with her son in the aftermath. She notices that Owain's arm guard had torn during the battle, revealing his Brand of the Exalt. Owain acknowledges that one of Lissa's greatest pains was due to the fact that her Brand never surfaced, even in his future. Having validated her royal legitimacy, Lissa weeps in joy, both in the future when her future counterpart discovered it and now in the present. With the revelation, Lissa happily welcomes her son into the army.

In Paralogue 20, Lissa and the Shepherds arrive at a village who asked for their aid after the Grimleal had been kidnapping local village girls for sacrificial rites. Agreeing to help them out, the village elder brings a girl who had managed to escape the clutches of the Grimleal: Emmeryn. Shocked by her sudden appearance, Lissa cannot contain her surprise but is saddened when she learns that Emmeryn has lost much of her memory likely as a result of her fall. However the reunion is cut short as the Grimleal approaches the village to begin raiding it for their women. As the Shepherds leave the village, the elder informs them that Emmeryn had slipped out and planned on sacrificing herself for the sake of the village. Unwilling to let Emmeryn die again, Lissa and Chrom rescue and protect her from the Grimleal. During the battle, Lissa tells Emmeryn that ever since her "death" she has tried to be strong like her. Despite her memory loss, Lissa tells Emmeryn to stay with her. After dispatching the Grimleal, Chrom and Lissa are torn by their older sisters state. Both want her to remember them, but not all the pain she endured. However, a small fragment of Emmeryn's kind demeanor remained, as she told the two not to cry like she used to when the two were young. Overjoyed to know that somewhere in her fragmented mind, the old Emmeryn exists, Lissa and Chrom bring her into the army and promise to protect her this time, together.

Fire Emblem Fates[]

Lissa makes a cameo in Fates in the Xenologue Before Awakening as an ally unit alongside Chrom and Frederick, which is set immediately before the start of the Awakening Prologue. During the battle, Lissa can speak with Corrin, Odin, and Ophelia.

Personality[]

Boundlessly cheerful and friendly, Lissa serves as a source of happiness and good spirit for the Shepherds during the otherwise dour nature of war. She has a naïve, simplistic outlook and can come off as seemingly spoiled and immature. She enjoys pulling lighthearted pranks on Robin and pouted in frustration when Donnel, a village boy, shows slightly superior intellect to her when she was attempting to teach him. She shows some embarrassment over these traits as she views them as unladylike. Her childish tendencies lead to her skipping the most out of everyone in the army in the Japanese version. The English version instead has her embarrassed over her snorting laughter, which she is the most likely to do so in the army.

Contrary to her noble title, Lissa speaks earnestly and has been noted to be more like a commoner in her mannerisms rather than what some would expect a princess to act. This is her greatest strength socially as she connects better with most people in the army in comparison to both Chrom and Emmeryn. At times, she feels she does not fit her station enough, but after Chrom insists that she talk to other members of the army on how to be "a better princess", her comrades say that she is perfect as she is. She is not easily swayed by the rumors of others and prefers to make judgements for herself. She ignored most of the ill rumors surrounding Maribelle when they first met, leading to their unbreakable friendship to each other. Lissa's compassion is also one of her greatest traits, as her willingness to indiscriminately help anyone and befriend all whom she meets makes her a crucial member of the Shepherds.

Lissa shares a strong bond with both of her siblings, particularly Emmeryn as she tries to emulate her in her daily life. She endlessly worries over her during her time away and especially when Emmeryn left the Shepherd's protection to parley with Gangrel. She was utterly crushed when Emmeryn sacrificed herself, but like Chrom, found the resolve to move forward and uphold the values she held dear for the sake of her family and her people. Due to spending the most time together, Lissa and Chrom share a mutual bond of trust as Chrom is highly protective of Lissa and in turn, Lissa supports her brother's goals. This does not prevent the two from exchanging barbs. Nonetheless, Lissa finds the strength and confidence to head into battle thanks to Chrom and in turn, Lissa helps raise his spirits and serves as a reminder of how the people should feel in times of peace. The fact that her older siblings have the Mark of the Exalt while she does not is a sore subject and she at times worries about her legitimacy as a member of Ylissean royalty. Nonetheless, she continues to be a loving sister and her siblings reciprocate.

Even before being formally introduced, Lissa felt a strong connection to Owain at the start of his Paralogue. Owain paints Lissa as a strict mother, as she insists that he speak normally to others, otherwise she would "tan his hide", according to his support with Lucina. In most of their supports and conversations in Awakening and Warriors however, Lissa is rather overbearing and affectionate. While she does not share the same level of flair for theatrics as her son, she understands his heart and is proud of him. The fact that he inherited the Brand of the Exalt proved to be one of the happiest moments of her life, thus validating her heritage. She practically gushes over the slightest signs of protective affection from him and is not shy from generously tight hugs. Even with her son, Lissa does not spare Owain from her playful teasing.

Subjective: The following part of this article is based upon the editor's personal experiences and opinions, and therefore may not be applicable for all readers.

Lissa functions as a typical Lena Archetype-a Cleric unit in the beginning, where she possesses average Skill and Luck to dodge incoming attacks, which is offset by her low Defense. It is wise to keep Lissa outside of the fray as much as possible as a result. Once Maribelle joins the player's army, Lissa may lose her effectiveness as a healer very slightly, owing to her relatively lower Magic growth rate and general Movement range. Regardless, Lissa is still a competent healer unit and even has the potential of growing at a faster pace than Maribelle, especially considering how she is the only healer unit at the player's disposal for five whole chapters. Lissa has the ability to learn the Healtouch skill, which Maribelle cannot, allowing her healing to have a little more potency once she reaches Level 10.

Lissa's Promotions are the War Cleric and Sage classes. Lissa performs quite well as a War Cleric due to the more balanced stats gains. While her Strength growth is not particularly spectacular, this is offset by her decent Speed and Skill, both of which allow her to effectively engage in melee combat while simultaneously fulfilling her principal duties as a healer, at least until her Strength reaches a fairly satisfactory value. Alternatively, the player could consider procuring Bolt Axes for Lissa to wield in this class, as they allow her to fully harness her modest Magic growths and caps. The Renewal skill is particularly useful for Lissa to use as it gives her constant regeneration at the beginning of each turn, prolonging her survivability. As a Sage, Lissa trades the defensive qualities of the War Cleric in favor of fully maximizing her magical prowess. This effectively makes Lissa a more potent Cleric, albeit a less sturdy one. However, if paired up, Lissa as a Sage will receive substantial boosts to her Hit and Avoid rates, allowing her to become quite a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. If opting to choose this Promotion, Tomefaire is a great skill for Lissa to have to increase her Magic stats since she will exclusively use Tomes for her means of offense.

Reclassing[]

Lissa's two reclass options are the Troubadour and Pegasus Knight lines. As a Troubadour, Lissa is essentially a carbon copy of Maribelle. Her Luck and Skill are slightly lower, but her Defense is higher. Reclassing Lissa into a Troubadour/Valkyrie is not without its rewards, however, as she stands to learn the support skill Dual Support+, making her a good Pair Up unit that provides huge bonuses when she is Paired to her husband. If the player would rather have Lissa focus on her Magical abilities like her Sage class but rather have mobility over power, Valkyrie makes a splendid reclass option.

In her Pegasus Knight class line, Lissa serves as a much better Falcon Knight healer and Dark Flier mage than Sumia does. However her raw power is offset by her inferior Speed and Skill in comparison to Sumia and Cordelia. Ultimately, Lissa is better off assuming another class entirely, especially since there are four pegasus-based characters who can be recruited from the beginning, all of whom possess stats tailored towards features that are characteristic of such classes. That being said, Lissa can still benefit from being in this class line nonetheless; If she spends some time as a Dark Flier, she will eventually be able to learn the Galeforce skill, one that not just enhances her map-clearing abilities, but also does the same for Owain should it be passed down to him.

Lissa can also serve as a potent Rally unit. Without the aid of the Bride DLC, Lissa is one of the few parent generation characters who can learn five Rally Skills. Lissa has access to Rally Luck, Rally Magic, Rally Resistance, Rally Speed, and Rally Movement. It will require Lissa to venture into every single one of her reclassing options, but it is well worth the effort when Rally styled play is needed.

Base Set[]

Lissa is a Book I Infantry Staff who was a part of the initial launch roster. She is well-balanced, having no particular strengths or weaknesses stat-wise. 26 Atk does provide her with enough of a base to heal allies, but not enough to fully heal in certain situations nor deal significant damage if used offensively. 25 Spd prevents her from performing Follow-Ups in most situations and is likely to get her doubled by foes, but can evade some middling to low Spd foes. Finally her mixed bulk of 67 physical and 69 magical can at least let her take a hit, but not constant punishment. Lissa's extremely baseline average stat spread does allow her to be molded in a particular direction that the player wishes to take her, but even when focused, she lacks the necessary emphasis to actually excel in it. Overall, Lissa is great if needing a flexible all-rounder when the situation demands it, however she lacks the ability to match other Staff units with more focused emphasis stat wise in particular role.
Lissa's starting staff is Gravity, which can restrict the movement of a foe she attacks. In its fourth tier, it can be refined to carry Dazzling Staff to prevent foes from countering her unless they have a skill that negates that or can choose the Wrathful Staff refine to deal normal damage.
Rehabilitate compensates for her low Atk by restoring her injured ally exponentially the more they are hurt. Kindled-Fire Balm grants +4 Atk to all allies for one turn if she activates this skill while healing an ally. Renewal heals 10 HP to Lissa every even numbered turn.

Counters[]

Lissa does not have any particular strengths in most situations due to her balanced statline. Her Atk is not high enough to truly threaten foes through sheer offensive pressure and enough units have the magical bulk to simply make her Atk completely moot. Her Spd is just enough to potentially evade some units from naturally getting a Follow-Up against her, but she is still likely to be doubled by a huge range of Heroes, especially long after her release. Finally, her middling bulk may allow her to take a hit, but she lacks the means to mitigate all damage and because of her Spd, foes can simply smash her with their Follow-Up if she somehow survives the first hit.

Skill Inheritance[]

Lissa's best two options are either to go pseudo tank or full support as trying to make her an offensive powerhouse unit leads to smaller returns compared to the slew of units after her release.
Pain deals guaranteed damage after combat 10 damage to her target after combat as well as foes within two spaces of her target. Recover gives her a more consistent recovery value overall, though this can be player preference if swapping out. The standard Dazzling Staff/Wrathful Staff combination between her Skill B and Weapon Refine allows her to deal as much damage as possible while negating her foe's ability to counterattack. Savage Blow deals great chip damage and when paired on her Skill C and Seal, she can deal 14 non-lethal damage on foes within two spaces of her attack target, meaning that with Pain, she can deal 24 non-lethal damage to those foes. Skill A is flexible enough to fill with a flat stat increase like like Attack +3 helps to improve her Atk for both damage and healing while Speed +3 can improve her chances of reducing the number of foes that can perform natural Follow-Up Attacks against her. Premium wise C Duel Infantry is good for for the flat HP increase and better Arena scoring, and if at fourth tier, gives her +2 to her four core stats. Fortress Defense evens out her defensive stats into a more mixed bulk wall and the reduced Atk in the grand scheme of things is not much of a detriment since her damage comes from after combat. Fortress Resistance hones in on her slightly better Res. Fortress Defense Resistance has the strongest boost to both of her defensive stats at the smallest cost to her Atk and brings her mixed bulk up to a respectable level.

Winter Lissa is an Armor Axe who at the time of her release was a decent Axe Armor during the early days of offensive Armors. At 33 Atk and 30 Spd, she was among the fastest Armors of her time, only being beaten by Draug and her main Axe Armor competitor, Amelia. With 78 physical bulk and 77 magical bulk, she has good mixed bulk to take a hit if necessary. While she has since aged out of notice, especially since she now requires much more investment to be brought up to par, Winter Lissa is a offensive geared Armor who reflects the earliest days of the Armor meta.
The Handbell is her innate weapon and it is inheritable. If her foe initiates, she gains +2 to her four core stats during combat. Winter Lissa can thus become a stronger defensive unit as a result and gains a certain mixed phase feel in lieu of her other skills. However, as an inheritable weapon, Winter Lissa can also give her weapon a stat buff, increasing her HP by +5 and focusing on strengthening one of her stats to either increase her Spd, thus giving her more Follow-Up Attack options, or to prevent a few or increase her overall bulk by boosting her Def or Res.
Bonfire boosts her damage by 50% of her Def when it activates. Bold Fighter grants a special cooldown acceleration per attack if she initiates combat and also gains a guaranteed follow-up attack as well if she does so. Fortify Armor grants +6 Def/Res to adjacent armored allies at the start of her turn.

Counters[]

Winter Lissa is countered by Reds in general due to the innate color advantage. Several armor slayers like Tobin and Hana gain effective damage against her and makes her boosts moot. She has good enough Atk to deal damage, but cannot overcome high bulk units, especially Reds. Finally, her base kit lacks a ranged counter option, so she can fall to nuke tome users, especially Lilina, Tharja, Celica, and Sanaki.

Skill Inheritance Options[]

With her low mobility, Winter Lissa can take Pivot or Swap for her support for some movement/positioning options respectively. Some worthy skills for her empty Skill A include Fort. Def/Res to give her even higher mixed bulk and make her into a stalwart wall. Focusing all of her attention on her base weapons boosts in enemy phase can let her operate Vengeful Fighter for enemy phasing and can add Distant Counter to threaten range options during enemy phases. On a budget, she can run Death Blow to pile damage on her initiated attacks through Bold Fighter. Hone Armor gives her armor allies a boost to their offenses rather than their defenses instead. Additionally Armor March gives both her and her armor allies more movement, relieving on their movement range shortcomings.

However, compared to Winter Eirika and Winter Sephiram, she is the only one who is not limited to a Seasonal Summoning banner and multiple copies of her can be acquire thanks to her appearance in the Tempest Trials and through Heroic Grails. Valentine's Lissa has a great 39 base Atk and solid 86 physical and 90 magical bulk. Her 25 Spd means that she is likely to get doubled, but the virtue of being an Armor is that it grants her several boons that make up for it while also giving her better bulk than most Staves. For the ease of access to her and the almost completely unique role she can play, Valentine's Lissa is a valuable unit for those looking for a unique Staff unit in general.
Staff of Tribute grants her +6 Def/Res during combat if she is within three spaces of an ally and restores 7 HP to herself and allies within two spaces after combat. As standard with all inheritable Staves, she also can give it a Wrathful Staff or Dazzling Staff refine.
Valentine's Lissa has Martyr for her healing support skill, restoring 50% HP to herself based on damage dealt to her target plus 50% of her Atk. She also self-heals 50% damage dealt to that unit as well. Defense Resistance Ideal grants her +5 Def/Res at the start of combat if she is either at full HP or has an active bonus on her. Resistance Opening grants +6 Res to the ally with the highest Res at the start of her turn, but cannot self-buff.

Counters[]

While she has tremendous bulk, Valentine's Lissa trades this partially for low movement, making it harder to reach certain allies to heal and making her struggle to escape danger if caught out. While she has respectable bulk and moderate Atk, she can still suffer heavy damage due to her mediocre Spd as she is vulnerable to Follow-Ups. Also as an Armor, she is vulnerable to the likes of Micaiah and her various forms plus any unit like Hana or Bartre who carry Armorslayers. Her Atk, which is enough to inflict damage on foes especially with a Wrathful Staff refine, does not have the explosive damage needed to outright decimate all challengers.

Skill Inheritance[]

Valentine's Lissa has the flexibility to operate in two different ways depending on the team composition she is going to be a part of. By virtue, she can take on a full Tank role by maximizing her defensive capabilities or focus more on staff support as a bulky healer. Restore is generally a better option for recovery as she can better heal her allies and her innate staff heals her anyways. For a special, Healing Light gives a wider healing range when it activates, giving multiple allies recovery at once while Miracle lets her survive an otherwise fatal blow and heal herself up afterwards thanks to her staff.
If playing on an Armor team, she can take Ward Armor as a budget option to give her allies a boost to their defensive stats and is especially great for the fanbase dubbed "Tank Ball strategy" of simply outlasting the enemy through sheer bulk. Wary Fighter outright removes her foe's ability to perform Follow-Ups, thus shoring up her Spd issues unless the have a Null Follow-Up effect. Fortress Defense Resistance, does give her a small -2 Atk, but the exchange of further boosting her Def/Res by 6 is a large trade off to make her a nearly unbreakable wall that self-sustains herself. She can take Attack Defense Far Save or Attack Resistance Far Save to allow her to take a ranged attack in place of an ally near her and still let her counter as needed.

Lissa - Sprightly Cleric
Lissa's wild nature led her to travel the world and relay its wisdoms to her brother. The princess's exploits live on in many a droll tale told by the crackling fire.

Lissa and Donnel
Donnel returned to his tiny village and built a happy life with his mother and Lissa. Still, the latter insisted on breaking the monotony, and the couple often traveled to far-flung markets.
Lissa and Frederick
As Ylisse's new knight captain, Frederick took charge of keeping the peace and training new recruits. Lissa often visited his charges in town to report concerns and transgressions to her husband.
Lissa and Gaius
Gaius never lost his sweet tooth, though he ultimately returned to less savory enterprises. Lissa always insisted on going along, and the two survived many a comically dire predicament together.
Lissa and Gregor
After the war, Gregor briefly sank into a life of excess, but when Lissa decided to travel the world incognito, her worldly husband came along to keep the roads safe and the conversation lively.
Lissa and Henry
Henry settled down with Lissa and turned out to be a surprisingly good father. Their newborn son, however, developed a notably bizarre personality, in no small part because of his colorful parents.
Lissa and Kellam
Lissa's wild nature led her to travel the world and relay its wisdom to her brother. The princess's exploits live on in many a droll tale told by the campfire. Her husband's name has been lost to history.
Lissa and Libra
Many an unfortunate child found joy in the small orphanage Libra and his wife built after the war. The children loved Libra like a mother and treated Lissa as one of their own.
Lissa and Lon'qu
Lon'qu returned to Regna Ferox and served as Basilio's right-hand man. Lissa decided to leave Ylisstol and join her husband, strengthening the bond between the realms even further.
Lissa and Ricken
While continuing to study magic, Ricken realized how childish some of his actions had been. He and Lissa learned from these mistakes and grew old and wise together.
Lissa and Stahl
Stahl continued his service as an Ylissean knight and led crucial missions across the realm. His scattered nature blended well with his wife Lissa's cheerful banter, making for a happy life indeed.
Lissa and Vaike
Vaike returned to the streets that raised him and was welcomed as a hero and brother to all. Still, he was no match for Lissa, who fit in with the people instantly despite her royal upbringing.
Lissa and Virion
Virion returned home to Rosanne, where he was labeled a traitor and coward, or else ignored entirely. But none of it fazed his wife, Lissa, who won the populace over with good old-fashioned charm.

Etymology[]

Lissa's name is derived from Greek origins, where it means "honey bee" - an apt allusion to her temperamental, yet diligent character. It's an oft-shortened version of "Melissa".

Lissa's Japanese name, Liz, could be the shortened version of the name "Elizabeth", functioning as a reference to her position as a member of the Ylissean royalty, albeit an unconventional one who breaks away from the mold of regal dignity and demureness that is expected of her ilk.

Trivia[]

  • Lissa's official artwork depicts her wielding a Heal Staff.
  • Lissa's unique victory pose as a Sage has her proudly raise her fist in cheer. This also applies to her War Cleric class, where she holds her axe in one hand instead of both.
  • Lissa has unique battle models for each of her Cleric related classes:
    • As a Cleric, she has a yellow dress and an apron.
    • As a War Cleric, she has a yellow color scheme.
    • As a Sage, she has the same costume as Emmeryn.
  • According to the Official Fire Emblem Awakening Comic from Nintendo Dream, Lissa is 10 years younger than Emmeryn, making her roughly 15 years old at the start of Awakening.
  • According to the manga, Lissa found Robin by tripping over their unconscious body. This is later contradicted in the Before Awakening DLC, where she spotted them.
  • If a Support Conversation involving Lissa is started on the Preparation Screen for the Harvest Scramble, Lissa will be wearing a party hat during that conversation. This is also referenced by her son when he is stationed at a food tile in Fates.
  • Lissa's portrait has the largest amount of facial expressions in the game, with ten.
  • Lissa has a cut-in portrait and voice for them in Fates, which goes unused due to her only appearing as a NPC in a noncombat class.
  • Lissa was voted the 11th most popular female character in the Awakening Character Popularity Poll.
