Snake Spirit is a Scroll that is first introduced in Fire Emblem Fates. The sixth in line in Hoshido's main spell hierarchy, Snake Spirit is a scroll that is modelled after the sixth animal appearing in the Chinese Zodiac.

The Snake Spirit functions as a normal Brave weapon for tomes. Similar to the Soldier's Knife and Crescent Bow, it halves the user's magic after attacking with it. This reduction is restored after the user attacks again, including those of Attack Stance.

Lightning is the weaker version of the Snake Spirit. It deals less damage then Snake Spirit, but is a bit more accurate and has less debilitating penalties.
