Fort Alpea (アルピ砦) is a fort in central Crimea, near Melior. It is the setting for the Endgame of Part 2 of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Elincia's Gambit.

In Radiant Dawn, as rebel forces were plundering Crimea into a civil war, Lady Lucia realized that the Duke Felirae's rebel army might try to capture Melior and kill Queen Elincia. She led Elincia, Princess Leanne of Serenes, and Nealuchi along with a select group from the Crimean Royal Knights to secretly take refuge in Fort Alpea while Ludveck's army attacked Melior. Fort Alpea is also the place where Lucia is about to be publicly executed by hanging before being rescued by Ike and the Greil Mercenaries.
