Gargoyles are malignant fiends who hunt with Lances. They ride on fell wings to devastate any souls who don't take proper caution of them.

In combat, they behave much like Wyvern Riders and Pegasus Knights in that they are flying units that wield lances. They are first seen in the chapter before Saleh is available for the first time. Their most dangerous asset is their flight -- Which means that escape options get decidedly slimmer. They also have good speed and defense stats.
