Garlon is a background character from TearRing Saga: Utna Heroes Saga. He was a hero descended from the settlers from the continent of Jugd who came to Lieberia and established a new settlement called Reeve. When he was twenty years old, he fell in love with the heroine Utna, and together they slew the Dark Dragon Gerxel. Now hailed as a hero by the people, he married Utna, who was believed to be a goddess, and together they ruled Reeve as its emperor and empress. Later, they had four daughters (Muse, Neuron, Rakis, and Kranion), and after his death at the age of sixty, they became the priestesses of their own temples and Utna hid herself away in the underground temple underneath Shiero Mountain.
