Ice Dragon (氷竜 Kōri Ryū) is a transformed Manakete class that appears in Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem. It also appears in several cutscenes in Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken. While there are no default playable Ice Dragons, Tiki(Bantu and Nagi as well in the Fire Emblem: Shin Monshō no Nazo ~Hikari to Kage no Eiyū~) can transform into one using an Icestone found from a Secret Shop that sells Dragonstones.

In Mystery of the Emblem, the Ice Dragons lived in the cold northern region of Akaneia and at the Ice Dragon Temple. Like the other dragon tribes, the Ice Dragons began to degenerate, it seems they have wholly degenerated into madness as no Manakete survivors of that tribe appeared in the games. In the original snes version, Ice Dragons are weak to Fire spells and Fire Dragons. Out of the Dragon types, Ice Dragons have the highest attack in the SNES original and the highest defense in the DS remake.

In Rekka no Ken, Ninian transforms into an Ice Dragon after she is driven into a corner by Nergal. Later, it is explained that Ninian and Nils were Ice Dragons who came from another realm, beyond the Dragon's Gate.
