Jiol (ジオル, Jiol) is the corrupt and cowardly king of Gra, and appears as a General. Though he and his country of Gra are allies of Altea, he betrays them and sides with Medeus out of cowardice. Jiol dies at the hands of the Altian League. He is succeeded by Sheema, the daughter of his second wife. He appears in 2 chapters in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. In Prolouge IV, he is seen commanding a unit of Grust's Sable Order of Knights.
Since his kingdom was formed due to inhertance issues with the noble family, it is likely that he is distantly blood related to Marth, Elice, and their father, King Cornelius.
