Kaim is the guardian of Armads, the Thunder Axe. He is talked about, seen, and participates only in chapter 30 of Hector's Story. He fights with a Tomahawk. Upon dying, he says, "Tremendous strength.... truly... like... his...", probably alluding to Hector's strength being comparable to Durban, the berserker who fought during The Scouring.
