Kimaarsi is the boss of Chapter 16 of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. He is a general who guards Duke Tanas's mansion, and attacks Ike's group when they find out Reyson is being held captive there. Although an enemy, he doesn't seem to be an evil man as such, he seems to be more of a blind follower. His choice to fight Ike and the mercenaries seems to based more on loyalty to Oliver than his personal choice.
