Knight Crests (騎士の勲章 Kishi no kunshō) are promotion objects used to promote Cavaliers and Knights of Level 10 and above to Paladins and Generals respectively. In The Sacred Stones, they can also be used to promote such units to Great Knights as well.

In Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 Knight Crests are known as Knight Proofs (ナイトプルフ Naito Purufu) and promote all Level 10 or above characters, except those with event-based promotions.
