Latona (ラトナ Ratona), named after its original wielder, and the founder of Rausten, is one of the Sacred Twins of Rausten, along with Ivaldi, and is the Rank-S Staff. It fully heals and removes status effects of all allies on the map (except for the unit using it, like Fortify).

Whereas the other sacred weapons have 30 uses, Latona only has 3. The appearance of Latona looks like Mend, but with wings. In battle, it has the same healing animations as Fortify, albeit being green instead of the normal cyan.

EtymologyEdit

Latona is the Roman name for the goddess who gave birth to Apollo and Diana, called 'Leto' in Greek. Like Diana, she was associated with the moon. As Apollo was the god of medicine (as well as other things), Latona would be an appropriate name for a healing staff.
