Maelstrom (風切り Kazakiri, lit. Wind Cut) is a skill from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. When activated, it allows its user to inflict damage equivalent to his/her Strength when he/she is attacked indirectly. This skill may only be used by Bird tribe Laguz, excluding Herons.
