Superior Jolt (魔殺しの雷 Magoroshi no kaminari, lit. Magicslayer Thunder) is a Magic tome introduced in Fire Emblem: Awakening. When cast, this tome will summon arcane-opposing lightning to manifest around a selected enemy target, mercilessly shocking him/her before dissipating. This tome grants added bonuses to its wielder's Hit and Avoid when he/she faces off against magic users in battle.
