Morgan is the boss of Chapter 11B: The Escape to Freedom. Roy and his army enter this chapter to rescue the poor people forced to work in the mines of the Western Isles from Castle Idina. Morgan, on direct orders from Arcard, is there to prevent them from achieving that goal.
