“You can clothe yourself in human flesh, but you cannot hide your foul mien. Eight hundred years wasn’t long enough, Demon King.”
— Morva to a possessed Lyon
Morva (モルヴァ, Moruva) is a character from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones.
Known as the Great Dragon, Morva was the leader of the Manakete tribe in the Darkling Woods, as well as an uncredited leader of the Five Heroes who defeated the Demon King. He was also the foster father to Myrrh, and watched over the Demon King's body in Darkling Woods. Despite his isolation in the Darkling Woods, Morva is said to have dedicated his life to protecting humans, and seems to watch over Caer Pelyn.
Morva appears to Lyon when the latter tries to gain entry to the Black Temple. In Eirika's route he confronts the fully possessed Lyon, vowing to kill him, while in Ephraim's route he tries to dissuade Lyon, before realizing that he was being manipulated by the Demon King from within. He is then killed and turned into a Draco Zombie by Lyon and left under Riev's control.
If Myrrh and Morva fight, they can share a very short conversation where she apologizes before finishing him.
- Saleh's dialogue in the prototype version of the game implies that during that draft of the story, Morva was traveling alongside Myrrh.
