“And did Lady Teeta really hope to become a god? To destroy the humans, and for the two of you to live an eternal life? Is that her true desire?”
—Neyfa, in a conversation with Gwenchaos

Neyfa (ネイファ Neifa) is a non-playable character from TearRing Saga: Utna Heroes Saga. She is the fifteen-year-old daughter of Prince Arless of Canaan and Serene, as well as the younger sister of Sennet. She is a cousin of Mel and Maruju, a granddaughter of Eisenbaha, and the niece of Sylpheeze. She is also the Shaman of Wind who can use the Ring of Canaan to transform into the sacred Wind Dragon, Rakis (ラキス Rakisu). Because she is one of the four shamans required to resurrect Gerxel, she is being pursued by Gwenchaos.

After the death of Arless, the Gerxel Church attempted to kidnap Neyfa many times. Fourteen years prior to the game's events, her manse was ambushed by Karla and Serene was murdered. With their nanny's help, Neyfa and Sennet escaped and were placed in the care of Katrina. However, Katrina kept the identities of Sennet and Neyfa as a secret and told her father, Temsin of Arial, that they were orphans. On Neyfa's fifteen birthday, she transformed into Rakis and murdered dozens of Istorian soldiers. This incident caused Sennet to begin asking questions about her and forced Katrina to reveal the identities of the children that she raised.

In Map 17, Neyfa is taken as a hostage by a group of thieves led by Poem. She loses her nerve and transforms into Rakis, but before she can deal great damage to the nearby towns, Sennet calms her down and she returns to her human form. In Map 21, she appears alongside the Arial Mercenaries and the Leda Alliance Army when they come to the aid of Holmes's army.

Later in the story, the Temple of Wind is attacked and she is kidnapped by Gwenchaos. In Map 36, Gwenchaos forces Neyfa to transform into Rakis to attack Runan's army during their march to meet with Sennet in Nolzeria. Once again, she is brought to her senses by Sennet and thereafter gives the Ring of Canaan to him, knowing that Gwenchaos will return for her. After she is captured again, she is taken to the underground chamber of the Temple of Gerxel and prepared to be sacrificed to revive Gerxel. Before the ritual begins, she asks Gwenchaos if Teeta actually desires to destroy humanity and become a god. Despite Sennet's attempts to rescue her, she is ultimately sacrificed alongside Katri and Enteh. After Gerxel's defeat at the hands of Runan, Holmes, Sennet, and Tia, Neyfa is resurrected by Miradona alongside Katri and Enteh. Soon, she reunites with Sennet and they return to their homeland of Canaan, which is now free from the grasp of the Gerxel Church.
