Noah is a cavalier from Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi. Noah is a member of the Illian mercenaries who were hired by Lord Hector shortly before his death in Fūin no Tsurugi. Noah is best friends with Treck and trained up Fir in the arena. Noah is generally a very friendly person and a good unit. He states in their supports that he fell in love with Fir at first sight. He is also close to his liege lady Juno.

Unlike many cavaliers in Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi, Noah specializes in swords. Should a player seek a Paladin to wield the Durandal, he's the optimal choice. Although that's said, it would probably be better if Durandal is given to a Swordmaster rather than a Paladin. Statwise, he's quite decent as a cavalier, although he won't excel in any stats other than Luck and Skill.
