A Nomad (遊牧民, Yuubokumin, Nomad in Japan) is a bow-wielding class in the games Fire Emblem: Binding Blade and Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken. They are mounted bow users and can promote into Nomadic Troopers, using an Orion's Bolt starting from Level 10 and above. Despite being mounted units, they are capable of moving through forests without facing any additional movement penalty beyond what an on-foot unit would face.

The closest equivalent in Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn is a Bow Knight, except that they wear heavier armor than Nomads.

Rangers from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones share the same weapons and a similar look to Nomadic Troopers.

In Binding Blade, they did not count as mounted units for the purposes of calculating damage from weapons that deal more damage to units on horseback, like Roy's Rapier.
