The Ocean Seal (覇者の証 Hasha no akashi, known as Conqueror's Proof in the Japanese version) is a promotional item for Pirates in Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken. It combined with the role of the Fell Contract in Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones as the promotional item for Thieves. Unlike in Rekka no Ken, however, classes that promote with an Ocean Seal can also be promoted with a Master Seal.
