Paragon (エリート Erīto, translated Elite in the Japanese versions of the games) is a recurring skill in the Fire Emblem franchise.

The Paragon skill doubles the amount of Experience a unit receives in battle, allowing him/her to gain levels at a relatively faster pace.

In Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, this skill may be bestowed upon various unit, as long as the Elite Ring is placed in their respective inventories.

In Awakening due to this skills nature as downloadable content, children cannot inherit this skill from their parents. (However, the character can simply use the corresponding item to obtain the skill anyway.)

Deviation in Thracia 776Edit

In the Elite Mode of Thracia 776, all playable units will gain a hidden Elite skill. This will stack for units who join with the skill equipped, essentially giving them a 4x boost to their total EXP gained in battles.
