Catharsis (Physimend in the Japanese version) is a Staff from Fire Emblem: Awakening. It is the final step up from Physic, and restores a large amount of hp to a distant ally. It is obtained as a lost item in the Barracks, and occasionally can be found as part of a merchant's wares.
