Rally Spectrum (七色の叫び, Nanairo no sakebi, lit. Rainbow Cry in the Japanese version, Ralliement Royal in the French version, Grido di battaglia in the Italian version, Potenciar: Todo in the Spanish version) is a skill introduced in Fire Emblem Awakening.

When the Rally Command is selected, all allies within a 3-tile (4-tile in Fates) radius have all stats, except for Movement, increase by 4 (2 in Fates) for one turn. It is learned by Grandmasters.
