Ruben (ルーベン Rūben) is an enemy character in Fire Emblem: Akaneia Saga and Fire Emblem: Shin Monshō no Nazo ~Hikari to Kage no Eiyū~. He was a Dracoknight under Medon who deserted his post to sack villages in Aurelis, the home country of Hardin. He is a particularly cruel man who had his men kidnap the women of Aurelis and kill the men. He set up a fort to protect himself from the villagers and to imprison the kidnapped women.
He is shown to have no respect even to his superior's, making fun of Minerva's enthrallment by her brother and the death of her father. The combined forces of Minerva, Hardin, and even his former ally Frost brought him down.
His Japanese voice actor is the late Koji Totani who was known for voicing Jagi in Fist of the North Star.
