Scouran is the second boss of Chapter 10B: Caught in the Middle in Fire Emblem: Binding Blade. He works with Zinc to destroy the villages in the area. He can be seen bullying Gonzalez into destroying one of the villages at the Southern area of the map. Gonzalez can be recruited with Lilina. Even though Scouran is the second boss of this chapter, it is not necessary to kill him at all. It is also noted that despite being a bandit boss he has lower stats than his subordinates which are par on par with Gonzalez.
