The Short Bow is a type of Bow that first appears in Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. In the GBA games, it has higher a critical rate than most, but not as much as the Killer Bow. It is easier to wield than a normal Steel Bow. In fact, Nomads and Lyndis (as a Blade Lord) can easily wield them as well.

Trivia
Edit
The image of the short bow from Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 bears a close resemblance to the image of the Iron Bow in the GBA games; the only major difference is that Thracia 776's short bow has a darker color than the GBA iron bow.
