Starsphere is a magical orb found in The Fane of Raman and is one of two items used to create the sacred magic, Starlight (the other item being the Lightsphere). It appears in Fire Emblem: Ankoku Ryū to Hikari no Tsurugi and Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. If it is equipped the character's weapon durability will never decrease in battle. In Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem, it also increased growth rates by 30%.

In Shadow Dragon, those who prefer to obtain Nagi would do well to keep the Starsphere, as it will prove incredibly useful for whoever is chosen to wield Gradivus. As for the Lightsphere, an axe user would do fair with it, due to its abilities to ignore terrain bonuses and keep the low accuracy of their weapons as it is.

After the Starlight spell was created, the Starsphere shattered into 12 pieces, known as the Starsphere Shards.
