I agree with the above. In the Japanese versions, they are the same spell. Bolting is the localization name. Under one article we could easily write up a small section explaining it.

Never mind, I see the thunderstorm article has already been dealt with, so I will edit this one to include the SNES stats and make note of the name difference.

Alright updated with the SNES info. If the thunderstorm page is still floating around somewhere, it isn't needed anymore. Although this page could probably use the FE4/5 weapon icon.
