Tate or Thito is the middle Pegasus Knight sister in FE6. Tate is not recruitable when her sister Thany speaks to her but only when General Klein speaks to her, this is probably because she is in love with him (but having Thany talk to Tate in game does make it easier to recruit with Klein since she and four other Pegasus Knights are turned to "green units"). Tate has problems with showing any form of positive emotion towards her younger sister in public, she gets embarrassed easily, this could also be because she doesn't want to make herself look like a fool in front of Klein. Tate is also very protective of her big sister Juno, she worries about her and her baby.

Should one seek for a potential Pegasus Knight, Tate should be your main one (particularly in Hard Mode when she gets the stat bonuses). Compared to her younger sister, Thany, Tate have a significantly higher health growth and a tad higher strength growth, but her skill and luck growths are lower than Thany, but still high enough to make her a bit resilient. Her speed growth is quite high, but she won't max it as soon as her younger sister Thany. She should most likely have around 50ish HP once promoted her at level 20 into a Falcon Knight and level her up again to level 20, so Tate is better than Thany when it comes to surviving a hit. However, like all Pegasus Knights, they are vulnerable to bow users, so it would be suicidal if one uses her to take out an archer or a nomad.
