The Spear of Ice (氷雪の槍 Hyōsetsu no yari, also known as The Frozen Spear) is Chapter 20Ax of Fire Emblem: Binding Blade if you take the Ilian route (which happens if by the end of Chapter 16, the experience points gained by Shanna and Thite were more than that of Sue and Sin).
