Vika is a member of the Laguz Emancipation Army along with Tormod and Muarim. She was formerly a laguz slave. Vika joins with Tormod and Muarim, in parts one and four, retaining the same level. Out of all the playable Raven laguz, she is the only female. She is among the first of the laguz to sense that Micaiah is a Branded. At first she only detected an odd sensation when Micaiah was near that made her want to flee. She didn't understand what it meant at first, but resolved to be her friend in spite of what she was feeling. Her elite skill is Tear.
