Warp Powder is a mysterious object possessed by the Black Knight, which allows the user to teleport to places nearby or far. According to Begnion Vice-Minister Lekain, it uses up the user's energy and was a stage in the development of the Rewarp Staff, which lacks the Warp Powder's drawbacks.

In Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, it appears as an unused item with 1 Use and a Worth of 10,000G. It is unknown as to what happens when a character uses it (if it's even possible).
