The Mario Kart: Double Dash!! bonus disc (exclusive to Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken) contains a Wind Sword.

In FE8 you can easily obtain only one of these. Ismaire wields it when you obtain her when finishing the Tower of Valni for first time. However, it is possible to obtain an extra Wind Sword by defeating the Cyclops boss at the top of the Tower of Valni (it has a 2.55% chance of appearing as an droppable item). Note: in The Sacred Stones this has the same ability as the spell Aircalibur, giving you an advantage over Draco Zombies, Gargoyles and the like.
