Wo Dao
From Fire Emblem Wiki
The
Wo Dao is a potent weapon often wielded by Myrmidons or Swordmasters, as it greatly increases their critical rate. The Shamshir, which appears in Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, functions similarly. Though the Wo Dao is extremely easy to wield and has a very high critical rate, it lacks in Might, and has relatively low uses.
Despite being a weapon with a specified weapon rank, not just anybody can wield it. The aforementioned Myrmidons and Swordmasters are the only common classes capable of wielding it. Additionally, Lyndis can also wield it, as she is skilled in eastern sword-fighting.
After being absent from two games, the Wo Dao returned in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, where its critical rate was decreased from 35 to 20, making it weaker yet lighter version of the Killing Edge.
Its next appearance was in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, though it can only be found in the Online Shop and in sidequest chapters, with the critical rate raised back up to 30, again making it the weapon with the highest critical in the game, since killer weapons' critical rates were brought down to 20. Furthermore, the Wo Dao can be forged, giving it the potential to have a critical rate of 50, the highest of any weapon in any game (tied with the Shooting Star lance).

Wo Dao literally means "Japanese Sword". They were employed by the Chinese in the Ming Dynasty and apparently influenced by Japanese sword design.
